What is Coaching?

Our coaching program is based on the premise that you were born Incredible. You were given every gift, talent and innate ability to fulfill your purpose, vision and destiny at the time of your conception. We utilize our PACE Method (Plan to Achieve by Creating the Executing), The Incredible Factor Princple and the Burn the Box Strategies, which says that if you authentically determine what you want by changing the way you think and make a non-negotiable decision to take action, you will eliminate excuses, facilitate change and overcome adversity in your life and business. As your coach, I usher you into your inherent Incredibleness in life and/or in business.

Coaching is a co-creative relationship that is both interactive and professional between a life coach and a client designed to help the client identify and execute core goals and life objectives (personal, relationship, career, familial. ) As your Burn the Box coach, my goal is to provide focus, support, measurable and tangible objectives, best demonstrated practices, tips and techniques for the achievement of goals and objectives that the client establishes. Your coaching consultation is FREE

Coaching occurs via telephone in the form of two or four monthly 30 or 50-minute sessions for a minimum of three or six months. In addition, clients have access to an Audio Life Coaching Center which provides additional audio support and training combined with flexibility to meet our client's ever changing needs. Client will also receive a 10-minute laser coaching call in between sessions. All sessions are recorded for the client's further learning and development. Clients also receive the Burn the Box Success Journal and Action Plan to record success and action steps needed to Burn the Box.

    As your coach, I will be your accountability partner offering sound advice and thorough thought process analysis. I will listen to you, ask questions, lend support, guide and challenge you to 'burn the box' and "raise the bar" unleashing theIncredible Factor on your life goals and dreams. As a unified team, we will get your business started, develop a brand identity for your products, services and professional image, grow your business, help you to effectively align your skills with the perfect career for you, etc or whatever other key goals and objectives you have for your life. My goal is simple, over the first three months of our working together, we will cultivate the seed that is within you and prepare it to be unleashed.
     Month 1 (1 & 2) - break up the foul ground
     Month 2 (3 & 4) - plant fresh, renewed seed
     Month 3 ( 5 & 6) - water the seed and prepare for the harvest
