We’re looking for a full-time operations manager to join our Operations team and support all of our company’s operations.  This role will play an integral part in helping our entire company and team operate with grace and ease and prevent friction in our internal operations.

This role currently reports to the CEO and has a unique opportunity to directly impact the day-to-day operations of the company and team through coordinating all of our marketing, sales and client service initiatives.  

In this role, you’ll partner closely with operations, sales and client success teams to identify opportunities to improve, come up with creative solutions and be a resource for all members of our team and clients.  The ideal person for this role loves to identify areas for improvement and provide innovating solutions.  They are an early adopter of new technology, have a knack for automations to save time, love solving problems for other and are a people person who genuinely enjoys being a resource for and supporting others.    

The primary objective of the operations manager is to efficiently and effectively manage concurrent projects ensuring that all deliverables are met and tasks stay within scope, within budget and on time.  You’ll be spearheading each project and managing up, down and across the company to ensure that everything needed is received as needed by the project plan that you create. 

The Operations Manager must thoroughly understand all aspects launching products, services and holding live events, as well as managing affiliates and joint venture partners in the coaching and consulting industry.  The OM will manage teams of various sizes and track KPIs and progress towards projected project goals.  



  • Leading weekly team meetings 
  • Delegating and assigning tasks to team members based on skillsets required for project 
  • Coordinating tasks and following up to ensure completion within the timeframe specified 
  • Promptly responding to questions from team related to the launch or project 
  • Developing affiliate and joint venture relationships to expand launch awareness 
  • Test/QA deliverables created by the team (opt in, sales pages, email sequences, etc) 
  • Collect, analyze and report project metrics 
  • Coordinate with Social Media Manager for Ad KPIs 
  • Coordinating with Video Brand Strategist to plan, manage and release the launch of videos  
  • Establish and document new procedures to support team in becoming more productive and efficient 
  • Identifying podcasts and influencers for CEO to partner with to expand her platform 
  • Develop initial Project Plans for internal projects and continue to update the plan as the project progresses. 
  • Monitor progress and ensure benchmarks and metrics for success are clearly defined. 
  • Accountable for day-to-day contact with team with proactive and empathetic communication. 
  • Handle multiple internal projects, priorities and deadlines and see the project through.

  • Take direction well and enjoys being part of a team 
  • Be available to work nights and weekends during a launch a few times a year 
  • You use discretion, good judgment and take the initiative to learn what you need to perform your role with excellence 
  • You can pull all the necessary and concrete details out of our fast moving, creative team and turn them into tangible steps and structure

  • Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook 
  • Proficient with Apple Products and Mac Operating Systems 
  • Tech Savvy and familiar with the following software: Google Apps, Drop Box, Social Media, Teamwork PM, WordPress, Optimize Press, Wishlist Member, Zoom, Infusionsoft, Hello Audio, Thrive Cart, Deadline Funnel, Bambee, Zapier, Airtable,  
  • Is willing to learn how to use new software tools to make job easier 
  • You’re a whiz at planning and organizational details – nothing gets by you 
  • You are flexible and ready to do whatever it takes to get your job done with excellence 
  • You are an excellent project/task manager – you make sure things get done on time by you 
  • You learn fast, think fast and thrive in a fast-paced environment with the need to meet many deadlines 
  • Must be comfortable communicating with clients and partners via telephone, email or in person.

This is a full-time employee position, 40 hours per week.
