Business Makeover: Move Fit, LLC

About Our Guests: Recent graduates from Winston Salem University, Kenneth Douglas and Jaylin Scales are the co-founders of Move Fit LLC.  They are committed to teaching health and wellness and fitness strategy and principles to help people of color master their health while creating a legacy for their families. They have goals of generating $80,000 in their first year of business and needed some guidance and support to get on the right path to achievement.

Episode Summary: In this episode, I makeover Kenneth Douglas and Jaylin Scale’s business, Move Fit, LLC. Kenneth and Jaylin are literally just starting this business and I was grateful to add value. As you listen in, you’ll notice challenges with their pricing, branding and a true desire to rise above the noise so that they start making money. Although being entrepreneurs is new to them, they are off to a good start, recognizing the need to get insight so that they reduce the amount of time it takes for them to get to profit.

In full transparency, the recent college graduates contacted me for a discovery session but after we got started, I heard my spirit whisper that I wanted to give them a graduation gift… so I offered to give them a business makeover for the podcast and they happily agreed. At the end of the episode, Jaylin said “this 40 minutes has been life changing and I know that we can build a business that makes our dreams come true.”

Listen in to discover:

  • The powerful business growth sequence that every business owner must understand and master to make achieving their revenue goals possible
  • The real reason why you have to charge more than it cost to work privately with a client
  • How to rise above the noise in our crowded marketplace so that you can convert
